Kreate Happiness is not presently represented as:

• A tax exempt organization
• A registered charitable organization
• A nonprofit corporation
• A charitable foundation

Kreate Happiness may pursue a formal organizational structure in the future, but no future status is guaranteed.

Users agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.

Participants must respect the privacy, property, and dignity of residents.

No participant may remove, borrow, sell, take, hide, discard, donate, or destroy property without appropriate authorization.

Kreate Happiness may refuse, pause, postpone, or discontinue a project when conditions appear unsafe or outside the scope of the initiative.

Participants must report safety concerns to the appropriate project organizer.

Projects may be documented through:

• Before photographs
• During project photographs
• After photographs
• Video
• Testimonials
• Stories
• Other media

Appropriate consent should be obtained for identifiable public facing use.

Parent or legal guardian authorization may be required for minors participating in activities or appearing in public facing media.

The website may permit supporters to contribute funds through a third party payment processor.

Kreate Happiness does not represent contributions as tax deductible charitable donations unless and until applicable tax exempt status exists.

Supporters are responsible for determining their own tax treatment.

Third party payment providers may process contributions. Contributions on this website are processed by Stripe.

Kreate Happiness does not intentionally store raw payment card credentials.

Payment providers may maintain their own terms and privacy policies.

Contribution or payment refund requests may be reviewed individually.

Kreate Happiness is not an emergency service.
